Senecio String of Pearls is native to South Africa where it grows as a ground cover in rocky, shaded areas, this diminutive succulent has more recently become the darling of photographers, and you can see why. Plants produce foliage in a form that mimics a string of pearls, each bead-shaped leaf adding to a cascading chain.
