5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx at a cost of $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange for most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number included
5. Ship to the address we provide (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

If you paid using a promotional method or gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.
