Product Details
A motif of Poppy blossoms, created by hand by the artisans at England’s Whichford Pottery and rendered in a broad band of ash-grey slip, comes close to suggesting the intricacy of lacework on a versatile clay pot that is sized to accommodate a variety of plants – from fresh herbs and Begonias to Ferns and forced bulbs. The vessel’s classic design also features a well-defined rim, which makes for easy handling, and a subtle widening to form the base, which is finished with a discreet band detail. The pot is ornate enough to be used inside the house and superb for outdoors, too.

All Whichford pots have a 10-year frost-proof guarantee. In colder climates where they may be subject to freeze/thaw cycles, we recommend emptying and storing them indoors. If you choose to overwinter your pots outside, cover them and place in a protected area where they are not in contact with bare ground.
